Biography
Noé Hinojosa III is an associate in the Public Finance section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office, where he represents governmental entities and financial institutions in public finance transactions. His practice includes serving as bond and disclosure counsel to cities, counties, school districts, and special districts, as well as advising national and regional investment banking firms as underwriter’s counsel.
Noé advises clients through all stages of public finance matters, from bond elections and transaction structuring to disclosure, issuance, and closing. He has represented major public issuers across Texas, including the City of Houston, Harris County, Houston Independent School District, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Port of Houston, Texas Medical Center, and Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority. Additionally, he has served as disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel and developer’s counsel on tax-exempt municipal utility district receivables transactions.
