Biography

Bill Finner is the Chief Information Officer at Jackson Walker. Bill provides leadership for the continued advancement of an innovative, strategic, and secure technology environment. Bill manages enterprise architecture, long-term technology planning, vendor relationships, and technology contracts. His team oversees the Firm’s data centers, cloud-hosted systems, networking, voice and video platforms, cybersecurity strategy, and robust disaster-recovery and business-continuity capabilities.

Bill joined Jackson Walker in 2009. With nearly three decades of experience in legal IT, Bill has built a reputation for delivering highly available, cost-effective solutions.

Jackson Walker is pleased to announce two strategic leadership appointments designed to advance the Firm’s technology-driven client service. Greg Lambert, formerly Chief Knowledge Services Officer, has been named the Firm’s first Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) – a new role charged with accelerating the Firm’s adoption of next-generation legal technologies. In addition, longtime technology leader Bill Finner has been named Chief Information Officer (CIO), expanding his oversight of the Firm’s information systems and technology infrastructure.
