Biography
Mariana Gonzalez Davila is an attorney in the Real Estate practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office.
During law school, she externed for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, served as a teaching assistant and writing specialist for the law school’s Writing Center, and participated in the Honors Externship Program with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division, where she worked on complex insider-trading investigations and other federal securities matters. Mariana also worked with Jackson Walker’s Real Estate and Corporate & Securities groups as a summer associate in 2023 and 2024.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Mariana worked as an immigration paralegal, where she prepared non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and assisted clients in removal proceedings before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
