Andrew will be recognized for this award at a reception on February 11, 2016, at the Norris Conference Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Andrew has experience representing sophisticated private and institutional parties, including regional developers, with respect to the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of all types of commercial properties. He previously served as the vice president and general counsel for a regional commercial real estate advisory firm, where he managed legal services for a real estate portfolio of retail, office, medical office and land development projects. Andrew earned his B.B.A. degree in Mathematics and Corporate Finance, summa cum laude, from St. Mary’s University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.
