In this year’s report, Jackson Walker earned “Distinguished” recognition when measured on the 17 activities clients value most, consider most important, and say have the greatest influence on hiring and rate decisions. With an estimated 650 law firms serving Fortune 1000 and large organizations, fewer than half earn this distinction.
Now in its 24th year, BTI Consulting’s Client Service A-Team is considered the gold standard for assessing and measuring law firm client service performance. It is the only ranking based exclusively on objective, in-depth feedback from corporate counsel, with no law firm submissions, self-nominations, or client referrals.
