Jackson Walker partner Diana Pérez Gomez will join a panel of fellow attorneys at the Houston Bar Association (HBA) Professionalism Committee’s Fall Ethics Program, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in Houston, Texas.

The CLE panel, titled “From Zealous to Zesty: When Lawyer Emails Go Too Far,” takes place from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and will focus on emails exchanged between attorneys and the Professional Ethics Rules governing those communications.

Along with Diana, the other speakers on the panel include Ed Perkins (Partner, Spencer Fane LLP), Daniel Dutko (Partner, Rusty Hardin and Associates), and Brittainie Zinsmeyer (Associate, AZA Law).

Diana Pérez Gomez is a partner in the Labor & Employment practice, representing businesses in complex employment disputes in state and federal courts.
