The presentation, titled “Risky Business in Legal Matters – How to Know When to Call Your Lawyer,” addressed how a home health or hospice agency can tell the difference between an issue requiring an attorney and something that can be solved in-house. The session also addressed the attorney/client privilege, as well as other relevant privileges from discovery, and how to preserve them.
