Griffin presented “Lessons from the Newest Benefits Lawsuits” at the February 2017 meeting of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS). Jim discussed recent lawsuits of interest to benefits professionals. He also shared the types of situations that can lead to disputes with employees and how employers can minimize litigation risks.
