Jackson Walker successfully represented its client, Trammell Crow Company, in securing zoning for a luxury apartment complex it is developing at 3200 McKinney Ave. in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas.

Construction has begun on the 262-unit apartment tower that will include a Café Express and a McKinney Avenue Transit Authority trolley barn and executive office on the ground floor as well as several amenities, including a rooftop lounge with views of downtown. The development was featured in a CultureMap Dallas article.
