Jackson Walker Moves San Angelo Office

March 6, 2017 | Press Releases

We have moved our growing San Angelo team to new offices on West Twohig Avenue – just a few blocks from the former location.

“We’re excited about moving to The Mercantile, which has a rich history dating back to the mid-1920s. We are fortunate to have found such nice space so close to our former location. The move will have minimal impact on our clients and employees and the new space will have updated technology and room for continued growth,” said San Angelo managing partner Sam Allen.

Jackson Walker’s attorneys in San Angelo handle a variety of litigation across a number of industries, in addition to work in bankruptcy and insolvency, business transactions, real estate, energy, and labor and employment law. A number of the attorneys are board certified: Sam Allen is board certified in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy, Jon Mark Hogg in Labor and Employment Law, and Don Griffis in Personal Injury Law and Civil Law. State Representative Drew Darby is of counsel with Jackson Walker and adds significant depth in the areas of real estate, oil and gas, water, and public private partnerships.

In January 2017, Carmen Dusek joined Jackson Walker’s San Angelo team. Dusek has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in trial courts across west and central Texas. She focuses on personal injury defense, agriculture litigation, probate litigation, and family law. In addition to her regular practice, Carmen is a leading advocate for protecting the rights and interest of abused and neglected children in Texas. She was appointed by Governor Rick Perry to the State of Texas Protect Our Kids Commission. Carmen began her career with Jackson Walker in Austin and returned after 17 years of practicing in San Angelo with her father, Clint Symes.

Jackson Walker attorneys take pride in community involvement. They have long made West Texas their home and make it a priority to invest in organizations like the San Angelo Chamber of Commerce and its Cornerstone Campaign, the Boy Scouts of America, the Children’s Miracle Network, the San Angelo Area Foundation, and the National MS Society. Griffis, Darby, and Hogg have served on the San Angelo City Council and all of the San Angelo attorneys are active in church and civic organizations in the Concho Valley.

As of March 6, Jackson Walker’s San Angelo office will be located at:
135 W Twohig, Suite C
San Angelo, TX 76903

All phone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail addresses will remain the same.
