With the addition of five new attorneys, including two partners, Jackson Walker has increased its land use practice to one of the largest in the state of Texas. All five attorneys—partners Susan Mead and Bill Dahlstrom, senior counsel Jonathan G. Vinson and Myron D. Dornic, and associate Suzan Kedron-Lyn are from the Dallas law firm of Jenkens & Gilchrist.

Mike Wilson, Jackson Walker’s Managing Partner, states that, “These additions expand our existing real estate practice and significantly increase our capabilities in the land use area. Partners Susan Mead and Bill Dahlstrom are respected nationally and we are delighted that they, along with their group, will be joining Jackson Walker.”

Susan Mead brings a depth of knowledge in land use law with more than 25 years experience focusing on zoning, planning and entitlements law including implementation of tax increment financing districts and other economic development incentives. She has successfully represented numerous local and regional residential and commercial developments and projects.
