Cheryl focuses on navigating complex regulatory challenges, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and providing strategic guidance on contractual and transactional issues. Her experience equips her to effectively assist clients, especially in situations involving regulatory scrutiny.
In addition to her legal healthcare practice, Cheryl is committed to supporting clients with a range of related legal inquiries, including licensing and AI regulatory compliance, and contractual and liability matters. She regularly advises clients across various sectors, including hospitals, dental practices, physician groups, technology vendors, management companies, dental support organizations, long-term care companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions.

Cheryl received her Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center.
