Jackson Walker Announces the Election of Six New Partners

Jackson Walker announces the election of the following to the partnership: James D. Bradbury (Fort Worth – Litigation), Robyn A. Frohlin (Austin – Litigation), Ashley E. Interrante (Dallas – Litigation), Curt Langley (Houston – Litigation), David Montoya (Austin – Litigation), Frank G. Vlahakos (Houston – Litigation).

James D. Bradbury is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. Mr. Bradbury’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, products liability, business disputes, insurance coverage, premises liability, medical malpractice, and agricultural matters. Mr. Bradbury received his B.S. degree from Texas A & M University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Idaho. While in law school, Mr. Bradbury studied for one year at Southern Methodist University.

Robin A. Frohlin is partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. Ms. Frohlin’s practice areas are diverse and include representing Plaintiffs and Defendants in class action litigation, appellate litigation and general commercial litigation. Ms. Frohlin’s civil commercial litigation practice includes prosecuting or defending lawsuits asserting various civil causes of action including breach of contract, common law fraud, and D.T.P.A. violations. Her practice also includes representing clients at trial as both first and second chair. Ms. Frohlin also has experience in securities, tax and derivative shareholder litigation. Ms. Frohlin received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, at Southern Methodist University.

Ashley E. Interrante is a partner in the Labor and Employment section of Jackson Walker. Ms. Interrante’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and commercial litigation in addition to counseling employers on employment and human resource issues. Ms. Interrante received her B.A. degree from the University of Texas and her J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University.

Curt M. Langley is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. Mr. Langley’s practice focuses on commercial litigation including construction disputes, energy related litigation, securities fraud, director and officer liability, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, employment law, class actions, misappropriation of trade secrets, first and third party insurance, insurance agent errors and omissions, Fair Credit Reporting Act, consumer credit, lender liability, accounting and legal malpractice, and appellate practice in state and federal courts. Mr. Langley earned his B.B.A degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from the South Texas College of Law where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the South Texas Law Review in 1989 and 1990.

David A. Montoya is a partner in the Litigation and Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, and Corporate Reorganization sections of Jackson Walker. His practice consists primarily of representation of a variety of clients in commercial litigation and insolvency matters. Specifically, Mr. Montoya has experience representing telecommunications, software and Internet-related companies, financial institutions, and oil and gas companies in matters involving workouts; litigation including requests for various types of extraordinary relief; and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Montoya received his B.B.A. degree, in accounting, from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Texas.

Frank G. Vlahakos is a partner in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker. His practice consists of representing clients in products and premises liability actions, construction litigation and contract causes of action, insurance defense litigation including extracontractual damage claims against insurance companies and general commercial matters. Mr. Vlahakos received his B.S. degree from the University of Houston. He received his J.D. Degree from the South Texas College of Law and was a member of the South Texas Law Review Editorial Board.
