Jackson Walker partner April Vasquez Leibman represented Group 1 Automotive, Inc., a Houston-based automotive dealer, with a long-term lease agreement. The recently finalized agreement with Moody Rambin will facilitate the relocation of their headquarters to the newly developed Town Centre Two.

Group 1 Automotive’s lease will span 45,330 square feet across two floors within the Town Centre Two, located at 730 Town and Country Blvd. This new development is an integral part of the mixed-use Town & Country Village.

“We are thrilled about securing the lease with Moody Rambin,” said April Vasquez Leibman. “This deal highlights our dedication to achieving great results for our clients.”

Scheduled for relocation next summer, the Fortune 500 automotive retailer is set to occupy this expansive space within the 167,141-square-foot building. Construction on the building commenced last year and is on track for completion in the fourth quarter.
