Sarah Patel Pacheco to Present Drafting Ideas for Trustees at UT Law CLE’s Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Elder Law Conference

Jackson Walker partner Sarah Patel Pacheco will partner with Dave Folz (Trust Counselor LLC) to present “Drafting for the Trustee in a Challenging Environment” at the University of Texas School of Law’s 25th Annual Estate Planning, Guardianship and Elder Law Conference. The program will include a checklist to help trustees in the administration of a trust and to minimize liability.

Sarah focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation; probate, trust, and guardianship administration; and general litigation. She offers experienced counsel related to controversies that involve fiduciary duties, trustees, and executors, including will contests, will and trust interpretation issues, accounting and administration issues, prosecution and defense of fiduciary claims, and representation of creditors in probate and trust proceedings. She is a trusted authority on trusts, estates, and fiduciary litigation as the co-author of three legal treatises, a former chair of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization’s Estate Planning and Probate Law Exam Commission, and a former member of the Texas Pattern Jury Charges Committee.
