Known for his practical, business-oriented approach, Scott works closely with boards, executive teams, and operational leaders to deliver strategic legal guidance that aligns with commercial objectives. His experience spans both transactions and disputes, including long-term contract structuring and asset acquisitions and divestitures.

Scott received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Trinity University and his M.Sc., with honors, from the University of East Anglia in England. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center.
