Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) has selected Houston associate Tiara Seals as one of five young attorneys to participate in its inaugural Mentoring Program.
Established by the ABI Diversity Working Group, the Mentoring Program is designed to connect active or recently graduated business and law students with past ABI presidents who can provide guidance on career and professional development. Throughout the program, mentors and mentees will discuss ethical issues, common malpractice risks and traps, career goals, debt management, client confidentiality, time-keeping and client billing, maintaining good client communication, client development, negotiating with other parties, and information related to bankruptcy-related disclosures under Bankruptcy Rule 2014.
