Jackson Walker partner Suzan Kedron was included in The Dallas Assembly Class of 2015. The purpose of The Dallas Assembly, made up of local thought leaders in various areas, is to educate and enlighten a diverse group of leaders, and through them, better the city.
Members are selected on a yearly basis following a nomination and approval process. To be eligible for membership in the Dallas Assembly, an individual must have achievements in his/her chosen business or profession and demonstrated leadership in matters that affect the general welfare of the community.
Suzan represents real estate developers, land owners and public entities in a variety of land use and real estate development issues. Her practice focuses on the following issues: zoning, development, planning, due diligence, economic development incentives, tax increment financing, green building, permitting, affordable housing, and litigation. Suzan received her B.A. in architecture from Columbia University and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
