Lee B. Hunt Joins Jackson Walker’s Intellectual Property Practice

Jackson Walker is thrilled to announce the addition of Lee B. Hunt as Senior Counsel in the Fort Worth office’s Intellectual Property practice. Lee brings a wealth of experience in intellectual property, entertainment law, and general commercial litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts.

Lee’s practice focuses on managing and enforcing trademark portfolios, providing counsel to clients across a diverse range of industries, including media and entertainment, technology, retail, food and beverage, real estate, and education. He has extensive experience in various intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark protection, clearance and registration, licensing and anti-counterfeiting, enforcement and infringement actions, and trademark cancellations, oppositions, and appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in federal court. Before joining Jackson Walker, he practiced law as a trademark examining attorney for the United States Patent and Trademark Office for nearly six years. His other areas of experience include corporate investigations and TABC permitting and compliance.

Lee received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Texas State University, his MPSA from Texas A&M University, and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
