At Jackson Walker, Sabina will continue to concentrate on estate planning and probate and estate administration for wealthy individuals and families, including the design and implementation of wills, complex trusts, and other estate planning entities for wealth protection and minimization of federal estate and gift tax exposure, and advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries through all phases of estate administration and estate tax returns, as well as transactional matters for privately held businesses, ranging from entity structuring, business succession planning and acting as outside general corporate counsel.
Outside of her practice, Sabina and her husband, Marv, are franchise owners of the Primrose School of Forney at Gateway. She also volunteers her time with Altrusa International of Downtown Dallas, Inc. and serves on the Advisory Board of the Communities Foundation of Texas.
