Biography
Adrian Hannah is an associate in the Trusts & Estates practice of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. Adrian’s practice focuses on tax planning, tax-exempt organizations, charitable planning, development / implementation of estate plans, and entity formation. Adrian plays a crucial role in helping clients manage their wealth and protect their assets, drawing on a strong academic background and diverse legal experience.
Before joining Jackson Walker, Adrian completed his Tax LL.M at NYU Law where he focused on estate planning and the taxation of charitable organizations. Adrian also served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Rita Gruber of the Arkansas Court of Appeals, where he drafted legal opinions on a wide variety of matters, including criminal appeals, probate, and trust administration. Adrian also gained experience as a summer associate at several prominent Arkansas law firms, where he drafted estate planning documents, operating agreements, and research memoranda involving estate tax liability and asset protection strategies for high-net-worth clients.
