Biography

Ben Alexander serves as the Director of Marketing at Jackson Walker, where he leads a team that develops and implements comprehensive marketing and communications strategies and collaborates with attorneys, practice groups, and business professionals across the firm to promote Jackson Walker’s position as a national, full-service firm and the largest in Texas.

Ben manages the firm’s external and internal communications, including branding, digital and traditional marketing, public relations, advertising, and rankings. He oversees the development and execution of Jackson Walker’s digital marketing plan and marketing technology, as well as tracking and reporting on business development and marketing efforts. In collaboration with the Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer, Ben incorporates innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive firm growth.

Before joining Jackson Walker, Ben founded a successful marketing firm serving universities, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and well-known consumer brands. He began his career in higher education marketing, where he developed a deep understanding of strategic marketing and communications.
