Biography
Celese Durojaiye serves as the Director of Conflicts Analysis and Resolution in the Office of General Counsel at Jackson Walker, where she leads the firm’s conflicts function and supports the evaluation, clearance, and resolution of complex conflicts issues across all offices. She works closely with firm leadership and attorneys to facilitate timely and strategic decision-making in connection with new business intake and lateral hiring.
Celese earned her J.D. and is licensed to practice law in Texas, bringing a legal perspective to her work that enhances her ability to analyze nuanced conflicts issues and advise on resolution strategies.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Celese gained valuable experience at an Am Law firm, where she advised attorneys on legal ethics, risk management, and client-relationship issues.Ā In that role, she reviewed and analyzed complex conflicts across all offices, prepared memoranda, and facilitated the clearance of conflicts through the application of professional responsibility rules to determine the appropriate path forward.
