Biography
Christiana Segura is an attorney in the Environment & Natural Resources practice group. She represents clients in complex utility and regulatory matters before state agencies in Texas. She has handled contested cases from pre‑trial through hearing, prepared and responded to discovery, collaborated with technical experts, and developed case strategies in matters affecting residential and small commercial customers.
Her work includes participation in rulemaking proceedings, analysis of state and federal legislation, and the preparation of policy comments addressing statutory implementation and agency procedures. Before joining Jackson Walker, Christiana clerked with CPS Energy, the Office of the Attorney General, and MALDEF, gaining experience in utility regulation, consumer protection, and civil rights litigation.
