Biography

Claire Porterfield is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Real Estate practice in Dallas, where she represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Her practice encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and development work on matters involving office, retail, industrial, hospitality, mixed-use, and data center properties.

Claire assists clients in a variety of real estate transactional matters including preparing and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and development contracts, and analyzing and resolving title, survey, and zoning issues.
