Biography
Dylan Hoggard is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office. He represents lenders and investors in complex real estate transactions.
In his role, Dylan has drafted a wide array of critical documents for his clients, including loan documents, subordination and intercreditor agreements, estoppels, commitments, and closing instruction letters. He also analyzes restrictive covenants, ground leases, subordinate loan documents, and tax exemption statutes, providing strategic advice for navigating real estate complexities.
