Biography
Jordon Williams is an associate in the Public Finance practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Her practice focuses on public finance transactions, including bond issuances and financing matters involving governmental entities, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker as an associate, Jordon served as both a 1L and 2L summer associate with the firm. During her time with the Public Finance team, she worked on a variety of financings involving governmental and nonprofit entities, assisting with transaction documents, due diligence efforts, and bond offering materials.
During law school, Jordon served as the Treasurer of the Black Law Students Association, a Writing Advisor in UCLA’s Legal Research and Writing Department, and an Advanced Student Clinician in the Documentary Film Legal Clinic. She also studied abroad at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, where she focused on international legal and regulatory issues. Prior to law school, Jordon worked in the Audit & Assurance practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she conducted financial statement audits and helped manage client engagements for public and private companies. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
