Biography

Juan Luevanos is an attorney in the Public Finance practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Juan’s practice involves representing public and private institutions serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter counsel in connection with bond financing, infrastructure projects, and related matters.

Juan’s experience includes the creation, administration, and issuance of bonds involving special purpose districts that support water, sewer, drainage, and infrastructure services across rapidly growing regions in Texas. His experience also includes counseling on various other public-private partnerships, including economic zones, in North Texas.
