Biography
Kim Boller Trapani represents owners, developers, investors, tenants, and landlords, including REITs, national developers and entrepreneurial companies, in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing in all asset classes. Among her varied practice, Kim regularly counsels on the acquisition and disposition of NNN properties around the country, and the development and disposition of Build-To-Rent (B2R) communities and multifamily developments throughout Texas and the southeast.
As a regular part of her practice, Kim prepares and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, assignments and other documents related to real estate transactions. Kim also assists with the title, survey and zoning diligence process on the acquisition of high-profile commercial real estate portfolios.
Prior to law school, Kim developed her communication skills, as well as her attention to detail and ability to manage high-pressure situations, while working in internal and external crisis communications for an international airline. While in law school, Kim served as a Teaching Quizmaster for first year law students in their Legal Research and Writing courses.
