Biography
Madison Huerta is an attorney in the Environmental & Natural Resources practice group in Jackson Walkerā€™s Austin office. Her practice focuses on regulatory, legislative, and administrative matters involving water, utilities, infrastructure, and natural resources.
Madison advises on complex legislative, regulatory, and constitutional issues at the state and federal levels. She represents public and private clients in administrative proceedings and regulatory compliance matters, including water and wastewater permitting, resource management, development agreements, and utility-related contracts. Madison also has experience developing legislative strategy, advocating for policy initiatives, and engaging with the Texas Legislature on behalf of clients.
