Biography
Noé Hinojosa III is an attorney in the Public Finance section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Noé’s practice consists of serving as bond and disclosure counsel for cities, counties, school districts, and special districts. In addition to bond and disclosure counsel engagements, Noé also represents national and regional investment banking firms as underwriter’s counsel in bond transactions.
Noé represents institutions of higher education, special districts, school districts, local governments, and banks regarding financing, infrastructure, and related projects. Several of the big bond issuers in Texas Noé has represented include the City of Houston, Harris County, Harris County Flood Control District, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Port of Houston, Harris County Metropolitan Transit Authority, Texas Medical Center, City of Brownsville Public Utilities Board, Brazoria County Toll Road Authority, and Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority.
