Biography

Ryan Quade is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Tax Transactional and M&A Group.

He enjoys advising a diverse array of clients, including agricultural cooperatives, private equity funds, and high net worth individuals, on tax planning, tax structuring, and general corporate matters.

Ryan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and is a recipient of the AICPA Elijah Watt Sells Award. Prior to law school, Ryan was an IT project manager in the telecommunications industry.
