Biography

Ryan Quade is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Tax Transactional and M&A Group. He enjoys advising clients on tax planning, tax structuring, and general corporate matters in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Ryan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and is a recipient of the AICPA Elijah Watt Sells Award. Prior to law school, Ryan was an IT project manager in the telecommunications  industry.
