Biography
Taylor Denison is an administrative and regulatory attorney whose practice centers on representing electric, water, and sewer utilities in complex matters before Texas regulatory agencies. With experience as a former attorney for the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), Taylor brings clients a distinct understanding of agency procedures, expectations, and decision-making frameworks.
Before joining Jackson Walker, Taylor represented both investor-owned and municipally owned utilities before the PUCT, the Railroad Commission of Texas, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and the State Office of Administrative Hearings. She advised on contested rate cases, certificate of convenience and necessity proceedings, service-area disputes, licensing matters, infrastructure and acquisition approvals, and operational compliance matters.
