 Biography Steven R. Jacobs's practice emphasizes securities transactions, reporting and compliance; mergers and acquisitions; and general corporate work. He represents both private and public companies, including those in the energy, high technology and health care industries. He acts as general counsel for several public and private companies and has represented clients listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE-AMEX and NASDAQ. Mr. Jacobs has extensive experience in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities and has represented both public and private companies in their acquisition and divestiture activities.
