Jackson Walker partner Mary Emma Karam was recently selected to attend the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women in Dallas. Participation in this prestigious program is limited to high–performing, high–potential women with significant years of leadership experience.

Created by KPMG LLP’s Network of Women (KNOW) and The Leader’s Edge/Leaders By Design, the institute is designed to equip participants with a deep understanding of the principles and practical skills that will allow them to achieve leadership excellence.

The program consists of four half–day classroom sessions held on a quarterly basis beginning May 17, 2013, and ending with a graduation ceremony on May 20, 2014. Attendees participate in a combination of mini–lectures and interactive discussions around case studies and real life leadership challenges.
