Jackson Walker proudly congratulates Caroline Capili on her appointment as an American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division (ABA YLD) Liaison to the Real Property, Trust, & Estate Law Section (RPTE) for the 2024-2025 bar year.
In this role, Caroline will work closely with committees to provide valuable resources, services, and education analysis to the RPTE’s diverse membership of over 15,000 U.S. and international legal professionals. The Real Property Division concentrates on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation, and disposal.
At the ABA YLD’s Awards of Achievement, the Texas Young Lawyers Association and Houston Young Lawyers Association were honored with the following awards:

Meet Caroline
Caroline Capili is an attorney in the Real Estate practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Caroline advises and represents buyers and sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in all facets of their commercial real estate, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of multifamily complexes, office and retail space, and undeveloped property. In recognition of her practice, Caroline has been named “Ones to Watch” in the area of Real Estate Law by The Best Lawyers in America.
