Jackson Walker Recognized for Client Service by BTI Consulting Group

Jackson Walker is proud to announce that it has been included in the 2017 BTI Client Service A-Team.

For 16 years, BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has published what is considered to be the definitive ranking of client service excellence for the corporate law firm market. The BTI Client Service A-Team is limited solely to law firms considered by clients to deliver the absolute best levels of client service. The analysis is based on 17 objective ranking factors that corporate counsel agree drive the strongest relationships with law firms. The rankings are the end result of over 330 in-depth interviews with legal decision-makers at the world’s leading organizations.

Of the estimated 650 core law firms that serve large Fortune 1000 clients, less than half are singled out—by name—by legal decision makers for their prowess in the activities that drive superior client relationships. Fortune 1000 legal decision-makers see these firms as delivering best-in-class levels of service in at least one of the seventeen activities clients consider most important and most influential in a law firm relationship.
