James Prappas Discusses Immigration Issues for U.S. Mexico Bar Association

Jackson Walker partner James Prappas was part of a panel on immigration issues at the U.S. Mexico Bar Association’s 2017 Conference. James was one of four panelists and discussed a variety of U.S. immigration topics affecting international businesses.

James’ presentation covered important information regarding B-1, O-1, E-1, L-1 visas as well as EB1  “green cards.” He discussed the requirements for each and offered strategies for businesspeople to use in their immigration planning.
