Jim Griffin Speaks on Implementing Health Reform

Jackson Walker partner Jim Griffin delivered a presentation to clients of Condley and Company, LLP on February 13, 2014, in Abilene, Texas.

Mr. Griffin’s presentation addressed key steps that employers must take now to implement health reform in 2015. Mr. Griffin’s talk included planning under the transitional rules recently issued for employers with fewer than 100 employees.

Condley and Company, LLP is a full service accounting firm serving businesses, individuals and non-profits in West Texas from its offices in Abilene.

Mr. Griffin concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. He works with clients in various industries including technology, manufacturing, retailing, energy, and financial services. He advises clients on design, administration and compliance issues arising under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other laws. Mr. Griffin received his B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in 1983 from Texas Tech University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from SMU in 1986, where he was an editor of the SMU Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif.
