Jeff brings more than a decade of investment management experience, advising clients on private funds, joint ventures, independent sponsor or other private equity syndications, secondary transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Jeffâs practice includes representing fund sponsors and institutional investors in fundraising, structuring, and operational matters. He also advises clients on joint venture formations, secondary transactions, independent sponsor offerings, private equity syndications, mergers and acquisitions, and complex investment management arrangements, helping clients evaluate both the legal and commercial implications of strategic transactions.

Jeff received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and his B.A. from Texas Tech University.
