Len Wade Named Chair of Tarrant County Bar Association Business Litigation Section

Len WadeJackson Walker congratulates Fort Worth partner Len Wade on his election as Chair of the Tarrant County Bar Association Business Litigation Section. Previously, Len served a three-year term on the Judicial Evaluation Committee and was the program director for the Business Litigation Section.

Established in 1904 to improve the character of practice in city and county courts, the Tarrant County Bar Association (TCBA) offers over 40 programs and committees that address attorneys’ needs in Tarrant County.

The TCBA Business Litigation Section is one of 18 substantive law sections that provide free or low-cost CLE through luncheons or seminars. As the section’s program director, Len will help provide a forum for attorneys to discuss state and federal business litigation issues, foster communication among attorneys and the local judiciary, ensure CLE opportunities, promote ethics and integrity in business litigation, and enhance the justice system and the quality of legal service to clients and the public.

Len focuses his practice on complex litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Prior to Jackson Walker, Len served as judge of the 141st District Court of the State of Texas. He is also an accomplished mediator for over 20 years. He received training from the Attorney-Mediators Institute in Dallas and is a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators and the Commercial Panel of Neutrals for the American Arbitration Association. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Pepperdine University School of Law. In recognition of his arbitration experience, Len has been recognized among The Best Lawyers in America since 2019.
