Mike has practiced in oil, gas, and energy law since 1978, representing numerous Texas-based, national, and international energy companies and financial institutions in a broad range of transactional matters relating to the upstream, midstream, finance, and marketing sectors of the oil and gas industry. He chaired Jackson Walker’s Energy practice group for more than 30 years and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at The University of Texas School of Law.
