Brit Nelson has been practicing intellectual property law across a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation matters for nearly 30 years. Brit assists national and international clients with IP matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, domain names, advertising, and misrepresentations and unfair trade practices under state and federal laws. Brit also helps with due diligence and negotiations in corporate mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions regarding IP rights. His clients benefit not only from over two decades of legal experience but also a prior decade of engineering experience, including as a licensed professional engineer, in the aerospace and metal forging industries.

Wasif Qureshi practices intellectual property law, with a particular focus on patent litigation. Wasif delivers winning results for his clients, drawing from his engineering background and extensive experience across all phases of litigation. He counsels a diverse range of clients, from startups to Fortune 100 companies. In his nearly 20 years of experience, Wasif has appeared in over 200 district court and International Trade Commission patent infringement suits. Meet Nate
Nathaniel St. Clair, II is an IP litigator and counselor focused on patent litigation and patent portfolio licensing and management. Nate’s practice also includes performing infringement and invalidity analyses, patentability studies, risk assessments, and providing general IP counseling, particularly in the electrical and mechanical arts. In 2024, Nate was one of just six attorneys shortlisted for the Litigator of the Year â Texas award by Managing IP. This marks the first year he has been named a “Patent Star.”
