With extensive experience drafting intricate commercial agreements, including engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, Matthew is recognized for his ability to help clients anticipate, avoid, and mitigate potential disputes. His background in construction litigation further allows him to offer tactical guidance on contractor management and dispute resolution. Matthew is recognized for his dedication to assisting clients in navigating complex legal and business challenges in dynamic industries.
