Jackson Walker is pleased to congratulate Victoria Morris on her selection to The Real Estate Council (TREC) Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2026.
The ALC is TREC’s premier leadership development program for young real estate professionals in the Dallas area. Now in its 30th year, the program has an established track record of preparing emerging commercial real estate executives to advance their careers and make meaningful contributions to the Dallas community.
The selection process for the ALC is rigorous, involving numerous in-person interviews and meetings with various ALC alumni and other TREC members, as well as letters of recommendation and prior participation in TREC events. Each year, only 30 participants are chosen for the program.
The ALC is a 10-month leadership development program designed to inspire and educate future commercial real estate leaders in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Through the ALC, young commercial real estate professionals participate in monthly educational programs, receive personalized executive leadership training, and implement a TREC Community Investors project.
Victoria joins an ever-growing list of Jackson Walker attorneys who have participated in the ALC program, including Abby Wilkinson, Beth Jenkins Pflomm, Suzan Kedron, Wayne F. Malecha, and Caleb Trotter.
