Biography

Victoria Morris is an associate in the Land Use practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on representing property owners, real estate developers, and non-profit organizations in a variety of land use matters, including zoning changes, specific use permits, and planned development districts.

Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Victoria served as a Legal Associate at a leading global investment banking, securities and asset management firm. In that role, she handled regulatory filing documentation for the firm’s U.S.-registered mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and real estate investment vehicles. Victoria also handled various entity and fund formation and dissolution matters, and drafted operating, non-disclosure, investment management and third-party distribution agreements.

During law school, Victoria attended Oxford University’s University College, where she studied international and human rights law. In addition, she worked as a student attorney for the Actual Innocence Clinic, and served as the JD/MBA Society President and SBA Representative.
