Meet Nate
Nate Smithson is a tax attorney based in Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. He counsels some of the largest businesses in the country on tax planning, helping them derive the most advantageous strategies possible. Nate’s clients range from newly-formed entities to businesses engaged in acquisitions, roll-ups, and divisions. From 2013 – 2014, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters. He was also featured in D Magazine’s Best Lawyers list in 2016.
