Jackson Walker partner Emilio B. Nicolas will speak during two sessions at the 31st Annual Entertainment Law Institute.
The first presentation, “Rights Clearance for Film,” will discuss the key issues and risks filmmakers should consider when preparing to distribute a film. The program will be presented at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17.
The second presentation is a panel discussion entitled “Legal Issues in Artificial Intelligence for the Entertainment Industry.” The program will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, November 19. Fellow panelists include Sandra Aistars (Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy), Tracey L. Freed (Freed Law), and Stan Soocher, Esq. (Entertainment Law & Finance).
