Jackson Walker partner Aaron P. Pinegar will present “Tax Traps and War Stories in M&A” at the Dallas Bar Association’s Tax Section CLE at 12 p.m. on Monday, November 6.
In the upcoming presentation, Aaron will cover the latest IRS guidance concerning tax matters in M&A. This will include topics such as employee retention tax credits, monetized installment sales, and key tax pitfalls that M&A tax advisors should consider when structuring transactions.
